What does Your Mom Abroad Offer?
 

We are local parents who know what it is like to have a student study abroad.  Think of us as your best friend abroad, or a super concierge who knows how to get it all done.  We are here to provide assistance to you and your student and give you peace of mind.

We want your student to be able to concentrate on their studies and live like a local, so we are here to help you hit the ground running.

What do you offer that I can’t find online?
 

You can certainly find many resources online, but this can be impersonal and overwhelming.  As your local resource, we can filter through the noise and offer tailored recommendations and advice, specifically tailored for you and your needs.

What does a membership entail?


We are here to help with practical tips, advice, and support to make your student's transition to the UK successful and enjoyable.  Our packages give you the peace of mind that someone local is available when needed.  We also offer help with shopping, organizing, and deliveries. We are parents too, and know what a difficult transition this can be, so we are happy to help- no question is too small or too silly!

What if I only want to join for one month?

 

You can definitely join for just one month.  We hope you love us so much that you continue on after that!
 

 

My student lives off campus.  Will you still deliver?
 

Yes! We are happy to deliver on and off campus.  We just need the full address, postcode and phone number of your student so we can make sure they are home!

What if my students leaves or transfers mid-year?
 

If your student doesn’t attend the school as planned, we’ll refund you, minus a 10% administrative fee. Once the school year begins, we’ll prorate your refund minus a 20% administrative fee.

 

Does my annual membership include the summer months?
 

Annual memberships do not automatically include the summer (after the school year finishes and before it starts again in the fall). If your student is staying in town, consider a monthly membership for the summer. We can convert it back to an annual membership at the start of the academic year.

 

How can I contact you?
 

Email or Whatsapp is best- we answer Whatsapp and email messages between 8am-8pm GMT (or BST).  Messages received after 8pm will be dealt with first thing on the next day.

 

How do I cancel my membership?
 

Please contact us to cancel your membership.
